The Tornado Pro EC Variable Speed Box Fan uses a running current of 2.7A to create 4250m3/h of airflow, which is more efficient than traditional AC fans, reducing the running costs of the unit. And the EC motor allows dimming without producing vibrations and additional noises, ensuring a quieter environment. Due to its lightweight nature and integrated metal mounting brackets it is easy to handle and mount while also having a tough body material to ensure its durability.
It is compatible with most EC controllers as long as they use or have adaptors for a 3.5mm jack plug. Being an EC motor it can easily be dimmed to your demands, the fan is calibrated with several fan speeds for manual use (2500 m3/h, 3250 m3/h, 4250 m3/h and boost function). The flange on the box accepts both 10 inch (250mm) and 12 inch (315mm) in a stepped fashion for increased versatility, when attaching ducting use the appropriate jubilee clips or fast clamp to ensure a secure seal. Keeping the ducting taut and kink-free will help maintain this seal and reduce noise produced by air turbulence.
